Remote Senior Java Coach — Mentoring Engineers (AWS)

Code First Girls is seeking experienced Java developers for a remote freelance technical coaching role supporting software engineers from partner companies. The six-month programme runs from January 2026 to July 2026, with one or more coaching hours per week depending on demand, and pays £60 per coaching session including prep and follow-up work.

The role requires strong backend Java skills, AWS, Kubernetes, and knowledge of DynamoDB/Elasticsearch/Redis.
