Remote SaaS Onboarding & Client Training Specialist

Smart Apartment Data is seeking a professional communicator to guide clients through onboarding and product training for their software platform. This fully remote position allows for independent work while ensuring client success.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in client interaction roles and must demonstrate proficiency in English at a C1 or C2 level. Compensation ranges from $1,800 to $2,200 per month based on experience.
