Remote Retention Marketing Manager - Email & SMS

Lilo Social is seeking an experienced Retention Account Manager to lead email and SMS programs for 7–10 DTC client accounts. You will bridge strategy and execution, coordinating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to drive repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

With deep Klaviyo and SMS platform knowledge, you will ensure flawless delivery and measurable results, while maintaining strong client relationships across a fully remote, distributed team.
