Remote Regional Driver Operations Lead

SuperStaff is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to act as the air-traffic controller for our drivers, ensuring they have the right information, paperwork, and support for success.

The role starts on-site for the first two months during weekdays for training, with weekends worked from Medellín. After training, the position transitions to fully remote work, supporting drivers and ensuring seamless execution of assignments.
