Remote QuickBooks Pro Bookkeeper for Multi-Location Retail

Globaltize is seeking a Bookkeeper / QuickBooks Pro Specialist to own the day-to-day bookkeeping for a multi-location retail business. This remote, Mexico-based role requires residency in Mexicali or Tijuana and a valid B1/B2 visa for cross-border travel, with working hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.

You will maintain accurate records, support month-end close, and collaborate with the Controller and external accounting partners to ensure timely, audit-ready financial reporting.
