Remote Project Coordinator — Construction & Trades

Reef is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator for remote full-time work. In this role, you'll manage the flow of confirmed projects from sales through to production delivery.

Your responsibilities include scheduling, allocating work to teams, and ensuring efficient project completion. With a focus on reducing timelines, you'll coordinate closely with sales and production teams, making sure crews are utilized and clients are informed throughout.
