Remote Payments Project Officer – Development & Strategy

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a Project Officer to support the next phase of payments development, with a focus on SPaN readiness. This is a fully remote contract role in Singapore, running until December 2026.

You will work with industry stakeholders, financial institutions and regulators to ensure timely, successful implementation. The role requires strong project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive, independent approach in a fast-paced
