You'll engage with technical teams and ensure effective communication during significant platform migrations and strategic changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop change enablement strategies for portfolio-wide impact
• Implement mechanisms for stakeholder engagement and communication
• Manage cumulative change impact assessments across initiatives
• Design scalable frameworks for program leaders and teams
• Coach TPMs on incorporating change impact into planning
