Remote Onboarding & Implementation Lead

PetDesk is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and configuration of our software for veterinary clinics. This fully remote role requires fluency in English and exceptional attention to detail.

You will be responsible for educating clients on the software, addressing their unique needs, and building strong relationships. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer support and a passion for problem-solving.
