Remote Onboarding & Implementation Lead (Latin America)

PetDesk is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and configuration of new customers. This role requires exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. You will guide customers through the implementation process while ensuring a smooth transition to our software.

The position is 100% remote, ideally based in Latin America, with a focus on alignment with North American business hours. Fluency in English is necessary for success in this role.
