This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong defense litigation experience who excels in law and motion practice and is a high-level legal writer.
Key Responsibilities
+ Handle substantive law and motion work in defense litigation matters
+ Draft, review, and revise a variety of pleadings and motions, including:
