Remote Lead, Customer Support — Retirement Plans

Meridial Marketplace, by Invisible is seeking a Customer Support L2 to lead a team of agents delivering outstanding support for retirement plans. Responsibilities include providing guidance, monitoring operations, and ensuring quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contact centers, excellent leadership abilities, and fluency in English. Hours are flexible, ranging from 40 to 50 per week, with a pay rate of $8–$11 per hour.
