UPlay America is expanding its first dedicated sales team and seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through closing, while supporting the CEO with sales operations.

This remote, full-time role requires fluent English and Spanish, 3+ years of phone-based consultative selling, CRM experience (Zoho preferred), strong organization, and comfort with AI tools. Uncapped commissions welcomed.
