TalentPop App is seeking a hybrid, results‑driven Customer Support and Sales Specialist to own the customer experience from initial contact through retention and expansion. The role blends high‑touch support with revenue generation, delivering value via chat, email, and phone in a remote setting.

You will collaborate across customer success and inside sales to minimize churn, identify upsell opportunities, and educate customers on ROI and product benefits.
