Insight Global is looking to hire a Director of Strategic Partnerships in a remote environment. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a growing network of independent contractors supporting investigative and research operations. They will oversee the full contractor lifecycle including sourcing, onboarding, maintaining contractor profiles, assigning work based on skillset and bandwidth, and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables. On a daily basis, this person will support a small internal team while managing a large, distributed contractor network, responding to contractor questions, and ensuring work is routed effectively through a marketplace model. They will also enhance and scale contractor scorecards, improve QA processes, and help automate manual workflows such as contractor outreach and billing coordination.
