Remote Bookkeeper — Property Management (Buildium & QBO)

Pavago is hiring a Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of a growing property management company. This hands-on role covers bank reconciliations, property management accounting, accounts payable, and financial reporting using Buildium and QuickBooks Online.

You’ll work remotely from Latin America, collaborating with the management team to maintain accurate records, ensure timely reporting, and uphold audit-ready documentation across multiple properties and entities.
