Remote AP/AR Finance Specialist

Tom Sawyer Software is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Representative to join our US-based Finance Department. This is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing invoicing, collections, and accounts payable activities while ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer service.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including familiarity with U.S. GAAP. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred, along with a strong commitment to confidentiality and effective communication skills.
