Remote: AI & Hybrid Cloud Partner Growth Leader (EMEA)

Arrow ECS Finland Oy is seeking an experienced EMEA RedHat ISV/CCSP Business Development Manager to lead ecosystem growth through ISVs and CCSPs, driving co‑creation, co‑selling, and consumption‑based models across AI, hybrid cloud, and subscription software.

You will build scalable partner motions, manage alliances with ISVs and CCSPs, and collaborate with sales, product, consulting and delivery teams to accelerate revenue and ensure go-to-market success in the EMEA region.
