Reporting in to the Agile PMO, the Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible for driving execution and performance of the Agile Release Train (ART) within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
As part of the PMO, this role owns ART planning discipline, cross-team dependency management, delivery transparency, and structured reporting across complex workstreams that include Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
Operating in a transformational and hybrid delivery environment, the RTE uses data, Agile metrics, and enterprise tooling to improve predictability, strengthen governance, and support informed portfolio-level decision-making.
