Relationship Manager & Executive Assistant

**Location: Remote - Mexico & LATAM**

The Role

This is a dual-function role that sits at the intersection of client experience and executive operations. As Relationship Manager, you’ll support our advisors and strategists by attending client meetings, keeping every action item tracked and moving, and serving as a primary point of contact for our clients. As Executive Assistant to Noah Rosenfarb, one of our founders, you’ll own his inbox, calendar, and the full task landscape that flows through his world.

This role is client-facing from day one. You’ll represent the firm with sophistication and care, which means your communication, follow-through, and task ownership need to be excellent across the board.
