Opportunity Description

Responsibilities Monitor situations that require attention and communication with clients within established SLAs. Provide technical support to clients, answering questions related to tests. Monitor indicators such as delays, repeat collections (re-sampling), and other operational occurrences. Act in urgent workflows, ensuring agility in issue resolution. Interface with internal departments to ensure accurate resolution of cases within deadlines. Monitor indicators and targets related to the level of service provided to clients. Develop technical and scientific content in partnership with specialists and physicians. Prepare and deliver technical training sessions for internal teams and clients. Provide guidance on pre-analytical processes and specialized tests. Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and service workflows.
