The RPM provides strategic leadership and delivery oversight for technology-enabled transformation programs supporting Global Regulatory Affairs, with a particular focus on Generative AI, automation, digital platforms, and operational efficiency initiatives aimed at accelerating submission timelines, improving quality, and enhancing regulatory processes. The RPM acts as the bridge between Regulatory Affairs stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business objectives into technology-enabled solutions and ensuring alignment between business outcomes and technical execution.

The role ensures projects are delivered in alignment with organizational objectives, governance requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
