Regulatory Counsel, Payments Latam

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Regulatory Counsel for LATAM to be based in Mexico City.
This role involves providing strategic regulatory advice related to payments laws and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive compliance and business initiatives.The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of regulatory experience in payments or fintech, strong knowledge of the Mexican regulatory landscape, and be a licensed attorney, fluent in both Spanish and English.
