We are looking for a reliable and caring professional to join our Road Assist team. You will be the first point of contact for members needing roadside support, providing mechanical repairs and towing services across British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member road‑assistance calls and perform mechanical repairs, battery boosts, tire changes, lockout services, and towing.
• Conduct detailed diagnostic assessments to identify vehicle issues and formulate solutions.
• Carry out automotive repairs and maintenance, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
• Assist members in all weather conditions while maintaining a positive experience.
• Promote BCAA memberships and affiliate products.
• Report issues and seek support as needed; uphold BCAA safety and service standards.
