The role involves assessing residents’ health needs, providing direct nursing care, administering medications, and supporting residents’ overall well‑being. The RPN collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, residents, and families to ensure a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered approach to care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
