Reporting to the Manager, the Registered Pharmacy Technician – RDL & Reimbursement Services is a hands‑on role responsible for providing pharmacy technician services at a Remote Dispensing Location (RDL) while actively supporting reimbursement processes for biologic and specialty medications. The role combines regulated pharmacy duties with reimbursement coordination to support patient access, accurate dispensing, and compliant pharmacy operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pharmacy Technician & RDL Operations

• Perform core Registered Pharmacy Technician duties at the assigned Remote Dispensing Location (RDL) in accordance with OCP standards and company policies.
• Support prescription processing, dispensing activities, order fulfillment, labeling, and documentation under the supervision of a pharmacist.
