**POSITION PURPOSE**
+ We are seeking a dedicated **Registered Nurse (RN)** to serve as a **Nurse Coordinator** on our **43 Room Short Stay Unit** . The Nurse Coordinator plays a vital leadership role in delivering safe, high-quality care and ensuring smooth day-to-day unit operations in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
+ The Short Stay Unit provides observation, assessment, and recovery for adult patients (18+) following surgery or medical procedures. It is typically designed for anticipated hospital stays of 24 to 48 hours.
+ This position is Full-Time, scheduled 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday with no weekends or holidays. Specific schedule and hours offers flexibility.
**MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Current Michigan Nursing License
+ Graduation from accredited nursing program: BSN Required
