Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Schedule: Weekend requirement: Work every other weekend; holidays as needed. Schedule posted every 6 weeks.

Assignment Details: Average daily census: ~15; ~500–600 deliveries/month. 31 rooms / 31 beds.

Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of RN experience required; 2 years in high-acuity, high-pace environments preferred. Must have current BLS and NRP certifications; ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, and AWHONN Intermediate preferred. Must provide current supervisory references and proof of required certifications with submission. EPIC EHR experience required. Proof of current Nursys required. Clinical hard-skill requirements: Ability to circulate in OR. Perform newborn care: eye prophylaxis, Vitamin K administration, IM thigh injections, newborn assessment. Experience with high-risk labor management and high-acuity workflows. Competence with electronic fetal monitoring.
