Hourly Rate: $48.00 – $50.00 / hour (based on experience)

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Schedule
+ Full-Time: Monday-Thursday and Weekends available
+ Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
+ Flexibility: Flexible hours/scheduling.
Patient Care Needs
Providing high-quality, one-on-one care in a home setting for a pediatric patient with complex medical needs, including:
+ Tracheostomy (Trach) care and management
+ Mechanical Ventilation (Vent) monitoring and management
+ Gastrostomy Tube (G-tube) feedings and care
