The Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect nursing care within the assigned clinical program, supporting patient care needs across designated units and sites based on operational requirements, patient acuity, staffing needs, and established program priorities. This includes care for high‑acuity patients requiring advanced monitoring and rapid clinical decision‑making.
