Registered Nurse (N2) - Medicine Resource Team

Position Overview

Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs. Responsibilities include independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, leadership within the health care team, and coordination of patient care and discharge.

Experience

• Recent acute nursing experience required.

Education

• Graduate of an approved registered nursing education program.

Certification/Licensure

• Current CRNM registration mandatory.
• Active participation in professional associations (e.g., Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba) preferred. ...
