Southbridge Care Homes seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to enhance the quality of life for residents. In this part-time role, you will provide nursing care according to established standards and physician orders. You will also assist in developing and implementing care plans while actively participating in multidisciplinary meetings to improve practices.
