Role Overview

The Rockyview General Hospital Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RGH ED RN) works to the full scope of practice, demonstrating excellence in interpersonal communication and written documentation. The RN is reliable, motivated, self‑directed, and able to thrive in a stressful, dynamic environment, possessing strong assessment skills and the ability to critically think through situations and prioritize care. They organize and plan care while responding quickly to changing workloads, practice within the Patient and Family Centered Care model, and are sensitive to the needs of patients and families.
