Registered Nurse - Dialysis & Complex Care Unit

Be a pivotal part of patient health management as a Registered Nurse in the Dialysis & Complex Continuing Care Unit at the E.W. Bickle Centre. Support patients with chronic conditions and extreme health challenges.
This position entails delivering evidence-based nursing care while collaborating closely with a dedicated interprofessional team. As a Registered Nurse, you will not only provide excellent care but also lead in educating families, mentoring staff, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols in a complex clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing care effectively within a healthcare team
• Assess patient needs and implement tailored care plans
• Instruct patients and families on complex care topics
• Participate actively in interprofessional care discussions
• Mentor students and provide leadership within the unit
