One () temporary full time Clinical Resource Lead (CRL) opportunity is available within our Medicine Department at Groves Memorial Community Hospital.

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Resource Lead (CRL) with excellent leadership and communication skills. As the CRL, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the inpatient care areas under the direction of the Patient Care Manager. This includes assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of patient care and nursing services for the assigned area of responsibility. The CRL will serve as a clinical resource and role model for unit staff.
