What You'll Do

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision, coordination, implementation, evaluation and supervision of direct nursing care to the residents of the facility. Direct care is individualized and resident-focused and this role supports development of care plans and oversight of medication administration. The Registered Nurse is required to assist with the planning and development of activities, which support the effective and efficient management of the nursing department. The Registered Nurse is expected to work in conjunction with all other departments in terms of care delivery.
