Registered Dietitian

Working within the context of a multidisciplinary team, the Registered Dietitian (RD) will complete individual nutrition assessments, develop nutrition care plans, and provide nutrition counselling for the management of conditions commonly seen in primary care, including diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, disordered eating, bariatric care and other medical needs. This role requires the ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and other health professionals in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment. The Huron Shores Family Health Team (HSFHT) Dietitian will participate in program development, health promotion, and collaborate with external partners.
