Registered Cardiology Technologist Position

Pursue a fulfilling role as a Registered Cardiology Technologist at Cape Breton Regional Hospital. This permanent, full-time position focuses on executing various noninvasive cardiac tests while also mentoring new staff members.
In the OPEZ Electrodiagnostic Lab, you will showcase your skills in performing ECGs, Holter scans, and Exercise Tolerance Testing. Your professional development journey will include preparing patients for stress tests and contributing to an efficient team environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct stress tests under Cardiologist supervision
• Perform and interpret various cardiac diagnostic tests
• Educate patients on monitoring devices used
• Precept and support new learners in the lab
• Maintain accurate records of procedures performed
