Passionate about guiding individuals to deliver outcomes as a highly functioning, engaged sales team, you’re able to accomplish these objectives by developing a plan using the OKR methodology and staying motivated in a world of distractions. In a role that requires a player/coach attitude, the RVP mentors the team while also actively participating to get results. Not only is this a leading role, but it also involves being in front of prospective and current advisors and distributors. As a Retail Distribution Leadership Team (RDLT) member, the RVP will lead its region to greatness despite uncontrollable factors.
