Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing, inventory, P.L.U. price lists and meet sales per hour/person to ensure business readiness.
- Develop and manage policies and procedures, adhere to government hygiene and occupational health and safety standards and ensure that they are consistently applied by all department employees.
- Select, train, evaluate and motivate the members of the team, surrounding them with competent people.
- Carry out the various operations related to the accounting of the cash registers (money transfers, deposits, controls, weekly verifications, etc.).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a retail or service department.
