Regional Segment Marketing Manager HVS Region Segment Strategy
- Define, nurture and deploy the segment mid-term (1 to 3 years) tactical strategy
- Adapt the LB SAVE (Solution, Access, Value, Experience) model into an action plan for the targeted segment
- Localize the tactics based on your target persona (s)
- Prioritize the portfolio of solutions
- Collaborate to the building of the Region Distribution on where to play and how to win in line with the LB Access Strategy
- Collaborate to the building of the Region pricing strategy to extract and maximize the value while maintaining competitiveness.
- Lead the customer relationship management: capture, nurture, valorization, conversion, retention (customer Life-time value) supported by the Region Engagement Team.
