Regional Sector Leader, Mining, Minerals & Metals (Canada East)

Your Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sector Leader (RSL) within Energy & Resources, who will focus on growth for our Mining Sector within our Canada East Region (Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick). The Regional Sector Leader (RSL) is a key part of E&R’s regional business leadership. Reporting through the Sector Leader (SL), RSLs are part of the WIN pillar. The RSL is a “seller/doer” responsible for developing strong client relationships, a deep understanding of the sectors they support, full knowledge of what Stantec can do, and leading pursuits within their sector(s) and respective geographies. Liaisons between local / regional teams, the Sector Leaders, and practice community, RSLs work collaboratively with BC Practice Leaders (BCPLs) and Account Managers (AMs) to grow Stantec's market position within their region or geography, while supporting development of the regional technical teams and providing market/client intelligence....
