Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth across the assigned geography by managing distributor networks and key customer relationships.

The role ensures the effective execution of the company’s commercial strategy, aligned with regional marketing and technical positioning, while maintaining full ownership of the territory P&L and sales performance.


Qualifications

  • Education Agricultural Engineer
  • 5+ years in commercial positions within the agricultural sector
  • Experience in biological products (biofertilizers, inoculants, biostimulants, biocontrol).
  • Experience working with B2B distribution channels.
  • Regional experience in Latin America, preferably in extensive crops but also in intensive crops.
  • Advanced or native Portuguese and English (mandatory).
  • Spanish (optional)
  • Willingness to work in Brazil (80%) and Paraguay (20%)
