Responsibilities
- Own and scale broker growth strategy in the assigned region
- Build deep, trusted relationships with brokers, GAs, and distribution partners
- Identify high-potential distribution partners for long-term investment
- Represent Sidecar Health at local broker events and industry meetings
- Identify, test, and refine new go-to-market and growth strategies
- Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional partner experiences
- Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to inform product decisions
