Regional Sales Leader — Healthcare & Pharma

Novartis Colombia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a field-based team of Medical Representatives and Product Specialists. You will drive sales plans, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while developing strategic and tactical plans aligned with company goals.
