Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and implement the regional sales strategy to achieve business growth and profitability.

  • Identify and secure new business partners across the region.

  • Grow market share by strengthening existing partnerships and expanding the customer base.

  • Monitor regional sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required.

  • Support business partners with sales initiatives, training and business development activities.

  • Build strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions and industry stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agencies, business partners and banking partners.
