**Job Summary/Purpose**

All members of NRG’s safety function will be expected to own safety, work to prevent incidents and seek to improve with the understanding that zero harm is possible. The Regional Safety Manager- Smart Home will be responsible for providing direct safety support to field installation and direct-to-home sales teams across their assigned region, developing and improving safety programs for a highly distributed, mobile workforce operating across variable work environments.
