Opportunity Description
Regional Process Safety Engineer (PSM)
Support and strengthen the implementation of Process Safety Management across sites. The role is closely connected to site operations and involves working with plant teams to improve safety culture and operational discipline.
Responsibilities
- Support strong and consistent execution of PSM practices at site level.
- Work hands‑on with operations to reduce risk and prevent process safety incidents.
- Lead core PSM activities: Hazard studies, Management of Change (MOC), Pre‑Start‑Up Safety Reviews (PSSR), action tracking and follow‑up, PSM audits and assessments, partnership with leaders and teams, and competency & training discipline.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (fully bilingual).
- Technical degree required; preference for Chemical Engineering. Other technical degrees considered if relevant process safety experience is present.
