Regional On Premise Manager Central (West) BC

The RegionalOnPremise Manager (ROPM) is responsible for the On Premise development of the brand in the province of British Columbia. Achieved by leading all THREE (3) On Premise Managers (Musketeers/Scouts) effectively and managing and optimizing the available resources to achieve Business Plan objectives. The ROPM trains and develops the Musketeers permanently to secure a high performing team and works closely with the Distribution Partners to continuously optimize the route to market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise Culture. Creation of “kindred spirits” while being a brand ambassador in front of the Musketeers and the On Premise network.
• Monitor image standard within the Musketeer team regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull.
• Manage territory and team to drive horizontal and vertical growth by putting the national On Premise strategy into practice.
