Company Description
The RegionalOnPremise Manager (ROPM) is responsible for the On Premise development of the brand in theprovince of British Columbia. Achieved by leadingallTHREE (3) On Premise Managers(Musketeers/Scouts) effectively and managing and optimizing the available resources to achieve Business Plan objectives. The ROPM trains and develops the Musketeers permanently to secure a high performing team and works closely with the Distribution Partners to continuously optimize the route to market.
